  2. Set Up Conditions and Triggers:

    • Choose from over 600 conditions to set precise criteria for when your workflow should start.

  3. Configure Actions:

    • Decide what actions will be performed when the conditions are met.

    • Actions can range from sending emails and messages to updating reservation details.

Example Workflows

Simple Workflow:

Goal: Forward additional concierge services as soon as a booking is confirmed.

  • Time Trigger: 5 Minutes after Booking status is Confirmed

  • Workflow Conditions: Status → Confirmed

  • Workflow Action: Send an email offering concierge services to the main guest with the help of a Message Template.

Complex Workflow:

Goal: Send a digital guidebook once the booking has been confirmed, the payment processed and the Guest verification has been completed.

  • Time Trigger: 1 day after Booking status is Confirmed

  • Workflow Conditions: Status → Confirmed + Payment status → Paid + Guest Verification Status → Verified

  • Workflow Action: Send an email containing the Digital Guidebook with the help of Message Templates.
