The Booking Summary Page provides a comprehensive overview of every booking, combining essential details and financial information into one accessible interface. It allows you to manage and adjust 15 configurable fields and provides a Financial Overview of the booking.


Accessing the Booking Summary

The summary is available for every booking created—whether manually, through OTAs, or via your website. Access it via:

  • CRM → Bookings → Select the Booking
    OR

  • PMS → Property → Bookings


Key Features of the Booking Summary Page

  1. 1. Financial Overview

    • Provides detailed financial insights, including:

      • Guest Total

      • Accommodation Cost

      • Fees

      • Owner Share

      • Commission Information

  2. 2. Booking Products

    • Add or adjust additional services, fees, discounts, or extra charges related to the booking.

  3. 3. Service Requests

    • Attach pre-created service requests, such as housekeeping or maintenance.

    • Configure or authorize the booking's damage deposit requirements.

    • Includes essential details, such as:

      • Lead Guest

    • Confirm or modify payment methods, with options to integrate Stripe for automation.
