1. Navigate to CRM > Partners > Create Account.
2. Fill out the required information (name, email, and any other relevant details).
1. After creating the account, click on the name of the newly created partner.
2. Under Logins, click Add Login and select the Travel Agent role.
3. The system will prompt you to configure specific settings under Travel Agent Settings, including:
Managing commissions for bookings (set default commission percentages).
Setting the maximum commission allowed on a property level (This is done within the Property Settings).
Once the login details and role are assigned, the Travel Agent will receive an email invitation to confirm their account and set a password.
After completing the setup, the Travel Agent will gain access to their unique interface, designed to allow them to:
Manage and distribute property brochures.
Create bookings directly on your behalf.
Operate within parameters you control, including commission limits and property access.
Custom Interface: Tailored to Travel Agents’ workflows.
Controlled Access: You maintain oversight of commission rates, booking permissions, and property access.
Streamlined Collaboration: Travel Agents can distribute brochures and manage bookings efficiently, reducing your workload.
Automated Tasks: Create and maintain constant communication with your Travel Agents with the help of automated messages and tasks.
