Managing your bookings has never been easier with RentalWise! We’ve divided all key booking information into two main sections: Summary and Online Check-in, ensuring quick and efficient access to every detail.

A. Summary

The Summary section contains 14 key fields that cover essential booking information:

  1. Booking Products: Add additional services, fees, discounts, or any extra charges.

  2. Service Requests: Attach pre-created service requests. (Learn more about creating Service Requests HERE)

  3. Notes: Add any relevant notes, such as concierge details, guest messages, or travel purpose confirmations.

  4. Payment Schedule: Manage payments or refunds using credit cards, offline methods, or Stripe integration. (Learn more about Payment Schedules HERE)

  5. Damage Deposit: Configure or authorize the damage deposit for the booking.

  6. Booking Details: Includes lead guest, property details, booking dates, and payment status.

  7. Payment Method: Confirm or edit payment methods, with the option to use Stripe for automation. (Learn more about Payment Methods HERE)

  8. Security Deposit Link: Forward the link to guests manually or automate its dispatch as part of the booking process.

  9. Booking Summary: Overview of key booking details.

  10. Booker: Information about the individual making the booking.

  11. Changeover Days: Set or adjust changeover days.

  12. Travel Agent Commission: Update per booking or use default settings configured under Travel Agent Commission. (Learn more HERE)

  14. PM Share: Set up the property manager's revenue share. (Learn more HERE)

B. Online Check-in

The Online Check-in section provides details on the guest's check-in process and associated tasks:

  1. Arrival: Guest's arrival details.

  2. Departure: Guest's departure details.

  3. Additional Guests: Information about additional guests.

  4. Staff Notes: Notes related to staff or service management.

  5. Sleeping Arrangements: Details about room assignments and accommodations.

  6. Online Check-in Form: Pre-configured form accessible here to be forwarded to your guest or as part of an automation. (Learn more about configuring it HERE)

  7. Lead Guest Documents: Automatically populated when the online check-in form is completed or manually uploaded as needed.
