With over 20 years of industry experience, we’ve learned the importance of flexibility in financial management and distribution. While our platform supports seamless online payments via Stripe (read more about it HERE), we also empower our customers to configure and manage diverse Offline Payment Methods.
Offline payments provide flexibility to cater to clients who prefer or require non-digital payment options. These methods can also serve as a fallback in cases where online transactions may not be viable.
Offline Payment Methods fall under three main categories:
Bank Transfers
Cheques
Cash
While these categories cover the basics, the system allows for creative customization to fit your needs.
Example: You can configure multiple bank accounts or integrate a financial app and provide specific instructions for payment.
Create Offline Payment Methods
Access the settings to define the payment methods under the Offline Payments section.
Add a description for your method (e.g., bank account details or cheque deposit instructions).
Choose whether to display or hide these methods on your website or automated messages.
Display and Automate
Enable offline payment options on your website for direct bookings.
Integrate these methods into automated tasks or messages for enhanced efficiency.
Manual Confirmation
Unlike automated providers like Stripe, offline payments require manual confirmation.
Once payment is received, navigate to the Booking Page and click on Create Payment to confirm it.
Customizable: Add as many methods as needed, tailored to your business needs.
User-Friendly: Options can be easily updated, displayed, or hidden based on your preferences.
Control: Offline methods allow for more flexibility in managing unique financial arrangements.
Setting up Offline Payments ensures a productive and adaptable financial process, enhancing client satisfaction and providing you with greater control over your payment methods.
