Setting Up Travel Agents

Travel Agent Portal Overview
Once configured, your travel agents will have access to a tailored platform. 
This platform features three main interactive interfaces:
1. Dashboard
A comprehensive overview of all bookings associated with the travel agent's commission.
The ability to view bookings with a summarized breakdown of commissions earned.
Key insights, such as the number of bookings, total booking value, and total commission earned.
2. Accommodation
Displays all the properties you manage, with powerful filtered search capabilities by name, location, property type, instant booking status, or even amenities.
Travel agents can interact with individual properties to:
Download a property brochure for sharing with potential clients.
Book properties directly, ensuring the highest quality guest experience.
3. Bookings
Focused entirely on the travel agent’s bookings with earned commissions.
Includes a search bar for quick and efficient navigation through booking records.
Additionally, within the Travel Agent Portal, travel agents can manage their profile settings, including:Updating their name, password, and email address.
Important Note: Before changing the email address in the portal, ensure it is first updated in your Workspace to avoid any synchronization issues.
