To avoid service interruptions after your trial period ends, ensure you attach a valid Payment Method during the onboarding process. (Learn more about the Onboarding Process and Trial [HERE].)
Go to Settings > Billing > Attach Payment Method.
Choose a supported payment method: Maestro, MasterCard, or Visa.
Within Billing Settings, you’ll find essential account details, including:
The number of properties you are managing on RentalWise.
The number of users invited to your platform.
Information about your next invoice.
Your Billing Details.
If you need to cancel your subscription:
Go to Settings > Billing > Invoice History > Cancel Subscription.
You can configure your billing details under:

EU users must include their country code in their VAT ID.
A VAT ID consists of two components:
Part 1: The business is registered for VAT in their country.
Part 2: The business is also registered with the EU for cross-border transactions.
🔎 If you've completed both Part 1 & Part 2, your VAT ID should be valid and can be checked here:

✅ If your VAT ID is valid in the EU system → Your VAT is waived on RentalWise invoices.
❌ If your VAT ID is NOT registered with the EU → VAT will be applied.
Since the VAT registration process differs by country, we do not provide specific guidance on how to complete Part 2. Please consult your local tax authority for assistance.
