RentalWise introduces a tool that simplifies your guest check-in procedure by offering an online check-in option. This feature ensures all legal documents are automatically forwarded to the relevant authorities and removes the need for physical key handovers with a completely automated self-check-in solution.

To automate check-ins for all your bookings by connecting RentalWise and Chekin, follow these steps:
First, click on this link to create a new Chekin account.
Select your property type and the number of rentals you manage.
You'll then need to identify your Property Management System or Channel Manager. Choose RentalWise from the dropdown menu and click Next.
To synchronize your RentalWise account with Chekin, ensuring all bookings are registered, you'll need to enter your RentalWise API key and an email address, then click Connect with RentalWise. You can generate an API Key via RentalWise from your Profile section.
If the connection is successful, you'll be prompted to set up a password for your account and log in.
Once the link between RentalWise and Chekin is established, you'll see a summary of what has been imported from your RentalWise account. If you prefer not to use Chekin for all your RentalWise rentals, you can find the option to deactivate units within the tool to exclude them from the services.
Note: All future bookings will be imported into your Bookings dashboard, allowing you to start setting up the basics in a wise and efficient manner.
