Importing your property into RentalWise is as easy as clicking one button! Before you begin, it's important to be aware of some key details.
Ways to Import Your Properties
There are two primary methods to import your properties:
Airbnb Import - The fastest and most straightforward option.
Mass Import - For this method, you’ll need assistance from our Customer Success Team, who will forward your request to our Development Team. You can also check our Open API documentation to learn more about the process.
Importing via Airbnb
The quickest way to import your properties is through Airbnb. However, before you start, make sure you've linked your Airbnb account with RentalWise. If you haven't done this yet, refer to the Link Your Airbnb article for guidance.
Steps to Import Your Property:
Navigate to the PMS Module
In the PMS module, click on Import Property.
Select Your Airbnb Account
Choose your connected Airbnb account from the list.
Pick the Property
From the dropdown menu, select the property you wish to import.
Post-Import Considerations:
Once your property is imported, keep the following points in mind:
Properties Are Not Active by Default
The import process pulls all relevant data from Airbnb into your RentalWise account, including images, room configuration, location, amenities, description, policies, and check-in/check-out information. However, the properties will not be active immediately.
Image Quality Note
Due to limitations in Airbnb’s data request capabilities, the image quality might be affected during the import. We are actively working with Airbnb to resolve this issue.
Double-Check Imported Information
Because RentalWise offers extensive customization options, we strongly recommend reviewing all imported data. You may need to add, edit, or remove details, such as policies and amenities, to ensure everything is accurate and meets your standards.
