Quick Tips Before You Begin
1. Airbnb Exclusivity: Currently, property imports are only available via Airbnb. If your properties are listed on Airbnb, this process will significantly simplify your setup.
2. Account Connection: To import properties, your Airbnb account must first be connected to RentalWise.
If you’re using another channel manager, disconnect from Airbnb via Settings → Account → Privacy and Sharing → Services → Disconnect Channel Manager.
Alternatively, with help from your Onboarding Specialist, you can add them as a co-host in Airbnb, grant Full Access, and they will handle the import process for you.
3. Comprehensive Import: The system will import all details from Airbnb, including images, descriptions, amenities, room configurations, and more.
Step-by-Step Guide to Importing Properties
Step 1: Connect Your Airbnb Account to RentalWise
1. Navigate to Integrations → Add Channel → Airbnb.
2. Name the connection for internal use (e.g., Airbnb Account 1).
3. Click Authorize to link your Airbnb account to RentalWise.
4. Once authorized, your account will appear as a connected channel.
Quick Tip: You can connect multiple Airbnb accounts, provided you are either the Host or Co-host of each account.
Step 2: Import the Property
Go to PMS → Import Property.
Select Airbnb from the options and choose the connected Airbnb channel.
From the dropdown menu, select the property you wish to import.
Click Import to initiate the process.
Step 3: Review the Imported Information
After the property is imported, double-check to ensure all details have been accurately transferred. Review:
