Legal Entities
The option to attach a Legal Entity to each property allows for more precise financial oversight. Additionally, with the integration of our payment processor partner, Stripe, you can connect a Stripe account to each Legal Entity you create. You can set up and manage your Legal Entities by navigating to Settings > Legal.
Rental Agreement
Setting up a Rental Agreement is crucial for smooth operations, especially if you plan to use your RentalWise Website Generator and/or distribute your properties on VRBO. Proper setup of your Legal Entity, Stripe account, and Rental Agreement is mandatory for VRBO integration.
You can set up and manage your Rental Agreements by navigating to Settings > Legal > Rental Agreements
