The Property Distribution Tab is where you begin the process of distributing your properties and connecting various integrations, whether they are OTAs or other services like cleaning, dynamic pricing, and smart locks. For example, if you have connected your Breezeway account, this is where you will sync it with your property. The same goes for SmartLock integrations, like Jervis Systems. Key Points:
Integration Display: The Distribution Tab will only show the integrations (channels) that you have previously added. If you haven't added the desired integration, it won't be available to view or connect within this tab. (More on how to add integrations HERE).
Connection Requirement: If the connection is not made from the Distribution Tab, you will not be able to manage your property from RentalWise. This tab is essential for activating the integrations and starting property management.
Connection Status: Within the Distribution Tab, you can easily check if your integration connected successfully. A health check indicator is provided to signal the connection status:
Red Exclamation Point: Indicates an issue. Clicking on it will open a menu on the right, detailing what needs to be updated or changed. Some errors may be merely informative and won't affect the connection's functionality.
Green Check Mark: Signifies a successful connection. If you need to force an update (e.g., you updated property images on RentalWise, but they haven’t changed on Airbnb), click on the Green Check Mark or Red Exclamation Point, and select Sync All to push the changes.
