Property Policies

How to Check and Set Up Property Policies

1. Accessing Property Policies

  • Navigate to the Property Tab within your RentalWise platform.

  • Under Details, scroll down until you find the Property Policies section.

2. Configuring Your Policies

  • Set up your policies to match your desired configuration. This could include rules around parties, smoking, pet policies, and more.

  • Don’t forget to add any additional policies that are important for your property, such as parking configuration rules or quiet hours.

3. Applying Policies Across Platforms

  • Once configured, these policies will be automatically applied to your connected OTAs and your RentalWise website. This ensures consistency and clarity for all guests booking through any platform.
