At RentalWise, we prioritize the quality of your property listings to ensure they meet the highest standards. To help you maintain top-notch listings, we offer an internal measuring tool that calculates and analyzes your property’s content, providing you with a Property Score.

What is the Property Score and where to find it?

• The Property Score is a comprehensive evaluation of your property's content and readiness for distribution. This score helps you identify areas that need improvement to ensure your listing is in pristine condition.

• You can always view your Property Score and check what actions need to be taken under the Property's Details tab. This section provides detailed insights into the score, helping you identify specific areas that may need updates or enhancements.
  
  

Priority Levels

The Property Score is categorized by Levels of Priority, indicating the urgency of any necessary improvements. These levels are visually represented by the color of the score:

• Gray: Represents a low-priority check, typically covering additional information and content descriptions that can enhance your property listing but are not critical.

• Yellow: Indicates a medium-priority check, highlighting areas that need attention. Addressing these issues is essential, as they could impact your Property's reach.

• Red: Signifies a high or critical priority check. If not resolved, these issues could significantly harm your property's reach and overall quality, making immediate action necessary.
  

Health Checks

The Health Checks feature offers a quick overview of your property’s content quality. Along with the color-coded score, your property’s condition is summarized as Bad, Good, or Excellent. To ensure your listing meets quality standards, we recommend maintaining a score of 80 or above. This will guarantee that your property content score is at least in the "Good" category.
