1. Selecting the Workflow Action

Choose the specific action you want your workflow to automate. These include:

  • Send a message to the main guest
    Automate communication such as:

    • Booking confirmation

    • Check-in instructions

    • Check-out reminders

    • Online check-in forms

    • Additional property details

  • Send a message to the property owner
    Share essential updates regarding:

    • Property availability

    • Bookings

    • Maintenance or operational notices

  • Send a message to partner accounts
    Automate financial communications with partners such as accountants to streamline expense and revenue tracking.

  • Send a message to users/admins
    Keep your internal team informed with automated messages about:
