The process is simple and divided into two steps: creating the service and attaching it to a booking.
Navigate to: Settings → Service Types → Create Service
Provide the following details:
Name: Clearly identify the service (e.g., Personal Chef, Airport Transfer).
Description: Add a clear and concise description to ensure guest transparency.
Once a booking is created, follow these steps:
Open the Booking Summary. (Read detailed Booking Summary article)
Locate the Service Request field.
Select the service from the list of previously created options.
Input the following details:
Pricing Notes: Add any specific cost-related details for clarity.
Guest Confirmation: Specify if the guest has already requested or approved the service.
Quantity: Indicate the number of beneficiaries or duration (e.g., daily service for X nights).
To ensure guests are informed about your concierge services, you can:
Create a Message Template listing all available services.
