Dynamic pricing is a key component of maximizing profits in short-term rentals. It involves adjusting rental rates based on various factors such as demand, seasonality, and local events to optimize revenue. You can easily create and apply promotional codes or coupons to your bookings using our Property Management Software (PMS) module. Customize codes to apply to stay or reservation date ranges, choose fixed amounts or percentages for discounts, and assign them to specific properties for targeted promotions.

The software manages the application of multiple discounts or promotions to a single booking by allowing up to two types of discounts to be applied, not all three simultaneously. You can choose from coupons, discounts for specific timeframes, and Length of Stay (LoS) discounts. For each property, you can have either a coupon and LoS discount active or a discount and LoS discount active. This ensures flexibility in applying promotions while maintaining control over discount combinations.

If you forgot to remove a discount and received a booking, don't worry. Until the payment is marked as completed, you can easily edit the total amount within the booking details of the property. Adjust the price accordingly. Alternatively, you can request another payment via the booking page for that property and mark it as an additional fee. This flexibility ensures you can manage bookings effectively even after they've been made.

LoS or Length of Stay, is a discount feature available within our Property Management Software (PMS) module. From the property page, you can create Length of Stay discounts to offer special promotions to guests for specific timeframes and the minimum nights spend of their stay. This customizable feature allows you to incentivize longer stays and enhance guest satisfaction.
