Navigate to Integrations → Add Channel
Select Airbnb, name the connection (for internal purposes), and authorize access. (If you're already logged into Airbnb, it's just one click.)
Once authorized, Airbnb will be added as a connected channel.
Quick tip: If you're logged into your Airbnb account in the same browser as RentalWise, the process becomes a simple one-click task.
Go to PMS → Import Property.
Choose Airbnb as the source and select the property you want to import.
Confirm the import process to bring in all property details, including images, descriptions, and amenities.
After importing, review all property details in RentalWise such as:
Descriptions: Ensure descriptions are accurate and optimized for guests.
Images: Confirm all images have been imported correctly or additional ones need to be added.
Amenities: Verify that all amenities are up-to-date.
Make necessary edits to align with Airbnb standards or update your property details.

Once your content and integrations are fully set up, you can connect your property to Airbnb and start managing it from RentalWise using one of these two methods:
A) Property Menu:
Navigate to Property Menu → Distribution → Connect.
B) Integrations:
Go to Integrations → Select Airbnb.
Select the property and click Connect.
Once the connection process begins, you will need to configure the following details:
1. Create or Attach a Listing
Choose to either Create a new listing in Airbnb or Attach it to an existing listing.
If the property has already been imported from Airbnb, attaching it will be the most suitable option.
2. Synchronization Category
Full Synchronization: RentalWise becomes your Source of Truth, meaning all content (Images, Descriptions, Policies, Amenities) will now be managed directly from RentalWise. Any changes made in Airbnb will be overwritten by the next sync.
Sync Rates & Availability: Only manage Rates and Availability from RentalWise, while Airbnb remains the source for other content, such as images and policies.
3. Cancellation Policy
Configure the cancellation policy, categorized from most strict to most friendly, based on your preferences.
4. Long-Stay Cancellation Policy
Choose between two available long-stay cancellation policies.
5. Non-Refundable Discount
Set up a Non-Refundable Discount to ensure your pricing aligns with your cancellation terms.
6. Instant Booking Allowed Category
Configure the criteria for guests who can instantly book your property, ranging from most friendly to most strict.
